i thought we could start a thread that gives ideas of how we can make healthy alternatives or healthy-ish snacks. I think its true of most women that the trouble with dieting is that we all like sweet things too much, so if we can buy/make healthy alternatives we won't be tempted to reach for the biscuits.
i've already mentioned one: Soya marg/butter - is much healthier than butter and it reduces your cholesterol, but i think it tastes as good as real butter.
what tips does everyone else have?
