Not use their public liability insurance or their contracts? I've thinking of using Morton Michael contracts and insurance.
But would it mean that if i had a problem with a contract that the NCMA would not help out?

If you still want to be a member of the ncma it would be cheaper to have their insurance anyway - morten are £40 ncma 20 something I think?

I dont really see why you would want to be a member of NCMA but not use any of their services?

However if you are a member and choose not to use thier contracts or register the legal dept will not work for you if you need it. Remember the legal dept are there to help with matters other than those covered by your public lib insurance eg. contract or money disputes.

If you went to another company for your public liability insurance you would have to check what their requirements would be for any legal help cover they may offer.
