Hello....I currently look after a 15month old and a 3 year old (brothers) the mum has asked if I could have her other 2 older children (8 and 10) during the holidays. First question.....I charge £3.50 an hour per child would you charge the same for the older two or less? and second question....Do I need to get mum to sign contracts for them both? Thanks xx

Yes I would charge the same fee, but it is entirely up to you !

Yes I would do a holidays only contract and have advanced notice of term dates from her. If it was me I would then only charge for dates booked, but once they are booked I would expect to be paid ( even if they change mind and go to a friend for the day etc)

Other ideas wil be along soon I am sure :)

I charge the same - they eat more and use more of your craft materials etc...

Yes you need contracts / permissions etc as Pixie said :D

I would do a holiday contract for each of them and it would cover all 13 weeks. Pay for all and no retainer for the remainder of the year

Cost - down to you but .50p maximum if you did discount plus food. I take into account that they are over 8.
