I have an admissions policy and an equal opportunities policy and I'm wondering if they are the same thing as an Inclusion policy? :blush:

Inclusion covers disability, equal opportunities and multiculturalism and simply says that you are prepared to work with anyone from anywhere for the good of the child.
You will make 'reasonable adjustments' as required by teh disability discrimination act and you will aim at all times to be proactive when including children.
It links closely with your admissions policy :D
