I have my first contract coming up for renewal. What do I need to do?

Do I need to do all new contracts, or if theres to be no changes, both re-sign the original?

Seems a bit silly re-doing contracts every year for the same info. Especially as we have 11 kids on roll - it'll cost us a fortune!

I just initial them if nothing has changed.

Don't forget to collect the information about who has legal contact with the child; and who has parental responsibility for the child while you're updating! :D

Are you using NCMA contracts? They have a space for you to put the date the contract was reviewed and for you and parent to sign again
