EXERCISE WITH SOME SALSA

My mom lives in Spain

Whenever she comes back home to see us she puts on about a stone due to all the junk we eat here - they eat a lot of fruit when in Spain

Anyway last year when mom went back to Spain she started Salsa classes and lost the stone in 3 weeks - that was with no diet but just cutting out snacks and chocolate

She now keeps trim doing her classes every week

She got us a copy of the dvd and we did it last night it really is fun and very very easy
Not like all those really hard ones that are in the shops at the moment

We are going to give it a go every night for 30 min

I like the Rosemary one's too and have collected most of them over the years.

Never tried this one though so might give it a go!
