parent and legal responsibility

Hi

Ok so I am getting my 'all about me' questionnaire completed and have to add about parental/legal responsibility.

I have seen a few threads about this but I am still baffled:o

Am I correct in thinking that if parents are married they both have parental responsibility? Legal responsibility would be in parents divorced and father then had legal ?

Also is it a requirement to put "anyone who is not allowed contact with child" on my questionnaire?

I have just put the question 'Who has legal right of contact' on my forms and leave it to parents to answer question.

Yes I think that's pretty much right.

I would always ask if there was anyone they didn't want to pick up the children... :D
