Put receipts aside for certain things I've bought for my minding to charge through my business even though I've not started trading yet?

Oh yes. Keep all receipts and put them through on the first day of minding (actually earning money day not day of cert arrival) as Start-up costs.

These are various things I have thought about over the festive season but as I have baby brain, I often forget but tonight it all came flooding back, hence all the posts.

anything you wish to use for minding - paly food, dressing up clothes, outside toys, books etc etc

just write a reciept out and then you can claim it

Keep everything, claim everything and don't forget to write yourself receipts for things you sell yourself too.
