well guys i've got my pre inspection tomorrow morning :panic: am feeling ok about it although i'm not up to speed on eyfs, hoping that she'll understand i've been poorly (had appendix out), am booked onto 3 part eyfs after christmas which i'm hoping will help my understanding. Have got most safety measures in place, just a little worried about the garden as its rather big and bit rough around the edges, its not unsafe at all, but think i may have to fence alot of it, but hoping not.
will let you know how it goes, thank you so much for the support, this forum has given me so much encouragement and tips, its great! :)

You'll be fine! She will advise you best of what todo. I took the time to ask about my water butt and best place for my safety gates etc. She will advise you on what todo.

don't know what i was worried about it went great! the only action i have is to do my first aid which is booked for beg of feb, am so pleased, can now relax and enjoy christmas! She was impressed with all my policies/ risk assesments and knowlegde of childcare (have worked in day nursery for 8 years which has def helped with everything) so just have to wait for crb check to come back (she siad anywhere between 3 - 8 weeks) get my first aid and i'm ready to go!!
