Ok, so we put the medication safely in our bags... we make sure it is labelled with child's name, medication, dosage etc... we have our permission slips filled out...

Anything else? :D

a little notebook to write down exactly what time you gave it and how much? you might forget by the time you get home again:rolleyes:

Administration form (is that even english???) with name of the child, name of medecine, form (as tablet, injection, liquid...) dosage prescribed, dosage given, time, administer by and if possible witness by.

we use to have them at work(day care centre for special needs adult) it was a big table. it was only used by us so there were no confidentiality issue but i think that it might work better on little book, pocket size thiny, so you can use a new page each time and avoid any problem about confidentiality.
