When I got my certificate I had some info with it which was a list of what I need to supply/make available to parents this was safeguarding policy(got) complaints procedure(got) and information about how I meet /what I had to do get on the voluntry register does anyone have this info or know where I can get it?thanks

For the voluntary part of the register you have a qualification at a minimum of level 2 in a area of work relevant childcare or
training in the core skills as set out in the document ‘common core of skills and knowledge for the children’s workforce’.

You can follow links from there to check whether your qualifications are relevant or not.
there is also a phone number if you are not sure.
