Can I ask, whats a 'closure' policy all about?

Closure policies are - what you would do in the event of having to close your setting due to eg water going off for a day, roof blows off in a storm, electricity goes bang etc. Who would you contact first? What would you do to safeguard the children? How would you ensure they were all ok while waiting for parents to arrive?

You can either have a separate closure policy (see Bromley for more wording ideas) or tag it onto your Emergency policy
