Hi Guys I went on EYFS course saturday and just checking thorugh the list they gave us of what has to be in place information/policy wise and we have to have information from the parent about who has legal contact with the child. How have you word this and who would normally have LEGAL contact would that just be the parents? and is it not the same as parental responsibility? I am trying to design a form for parents to fill in with all this info including emrgency contact medical history etc but don't know where to start any suggestions greatly appreciated.
