How do you document what a small child has done with you during the day?? the children that can't speak??
and what info do you put??

My DO gave me a sheet you can stick into a book with details of food/nappies/activities etc in, plus space for notes from me and the parents. I bought some exercise books from Instore 5 for 99p and glued them in there.
any chance you can post it?? :blush:

I can but it will have to be tomorrow as she brought a printed one for me to photocopy and I don't have a scanner. But I do at work and I am in at 10am tomorrow so will do it then. Is that ok?
