Regarding all ur files for all different areas. planning, daily diary, riskassesments. toy checks , policies etc. where do u all store them. are they on show when mindees present or away some where and get them out when needed.

Apart from confidential stuff about the children which must be locked away, I have most of my files in a bookcase next to me.
That way if something happens or I have a sudden risk assessment thought (as you do :rolleyes: ) I can grab the file and scribble :D

thats the thing i dont have any where to stpore them down stairs i have to keep taking them uo stairs and brings back down
