Hiya

I made myself a Policies and Procedure Review Date Table and wanted to share it with u guys, i know they dont take long to set up, but feel free to use it or to copy it and change it around etc etc.

an example is written in red for u to see. keep it at the front of your policies folder (or save it in word) and u will easily see what needs to be reviewed and when.

Thanks to Sarahnev for taking a look and suggesting some changes :-)

Really good idea - especially the notes area for what you have up-dated.
Thanks for sharing :)

I can't open the link. But i'm just putting to be Reviewed December 2009 on my policies, so that i've got all of December 2009 to sort them out and get them done in time for Jan 2010.
Or is that too simplistic? Most of them won't change anyway.

That's brilliant.

I do have a form that parents sign each time they get a copy of a new policy, however, I like your column for brief description of changes made.

Thanks for that.

Hi thanks for sharing that, I was just about to do the same sort of thing as I read on here the other day about dating policies / setting review date, and I had forgotten to do it when I wrote them and I got 38.
