Just a quickie, how long do you keep fridge monitor and baby sleeping records for, i'm sorting out my paperwork and am swamped.

I'm not throwing anything away at the moment.

Tbh I don't know what the good practice advice on fridge / cooked food temps is ... you don't need to keep them for Ofsted but you do to prove to Environmental Health that you are managing your kitchen efficiently and not responsible for any outbreaks of food poisoning etc. I know you have to keep food receipts for EH ... now I think it's for 90 days ... someone with an NCMA handbook has the answer to that one. I imagine temps will be the same but could do with checking...

As for the baby stuff, it says 3 years in the Eyfs :D

:update:

I have just spoken to a very nice man from Macclesfield Environmental Health Dept...

He says to keep...

Fridge / freezer / cooked food temps for 1 calendar year...

Food receipts - 3 months.
