I use NCMA.

Remember if your insured with NCMA you MUST use there contracts.

I'm going to choose MM for my insurance but will still use their contracts, they are carbon copied and more official looking. :)

I use NCMA - they are water tight if completed properly and I don't think expensive.

Easy to use too..

we got the option of either ncma or mm as a starter pack, both have contracts etc

i chose ncma personally as i knew more about them and was abit scared to go with mm for my first year out there alone!

i dont think i wud ever do my own contracts

each to their own tho

I have always used the NCMA ones (have looked at MM but prefer NCMA) and wouldnt be happy to use my own ones just in case I need to go the legal route

I use NCMA contracts as I've got some left over but now with MM so will use theirs however for short term minding I typed one up and made a few alterations and I use that with carbon paper - works fine for me.

I have used NCMA contracts for quite a few years, and they have changed over the years.

I use NCMA ones cos they are easy (after a few tries) and they only cost about £7 for 6 contracts plus free postage. I think I will always use NCMA ones.

I use my own. I am with MM and they allow you to use your own or their own.

I have always used NCMA but after 6 years have decided not to renew my membership and have MM insurance. I have done my own contracts now and they look professional. As long as all parties sign and date in agreement and parents have a copy I consider it a legally binding contract. I have covered myself in every way so I can't see a problem - and it's a lot cheaper.
