I prefer slimming world cause i can eat more:D :D :D but i have come to the conclusion that weight watchers is the way to go for me! I find it easier to stick to as i can get something quick and easy for lunch while i am working....slap it in the micro...bobs your uncle...fannys your aunt and all that! It just makes things simple...the way i like and can understand!:D :D :D
