Im well pleased!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
just celebrated with a huge slice of cake - oops!

Well done Caroline, ive lost 2lb again this week so a total of 4lb, not too bad i suppose, ive stuck to my diet and not cheated yet, but i have been tempted. My clothes dont feel any looser yet.
