just got one of the children questionaires back. It is so funny. well worth doing just to see the kids respones. And its not as if its long, they only need a couple of sentences

What ages do you ask to fill these out? For younger children say 3 plus would you ask the questions and write it yourself? :)

I made that questionaire up :D:blush:  I send it home with all aged children, with those too young to write I ask the parents to sit down and answer it with them :) Obviously babies would be a bit awkward but I've sent it home with 2 year olds before :)

Excellent thankyou. Would you put these in the comments log book or just keep them in the child individual folder?

I've made a communications folder which has copies of everything sent to and from the parents like newletters etc, I've put these all in the back with a divider named "compliments and suggestions":D

Mine is a VERY basic one, I just literally put in Happy birthdays in that month (of children and their families), any big things that happened since the last newsletter, reminders of any holidays booked etc and a brief rundown of what we will do this month :)

Just had two of my older children's questionaires back. They want more drama, so I've got them writing a christmas play.

They also want dressing up clothes for their age group,10 and 9.

What have I started
