:panic: Can anyone help. I have made my own risk assessment for my house and outings. Can i laminate these and use them then wipe off and use again or does ofsted need 1 house assessment per year and outings every-time we go out ( which is every day ). Thanks.

i cant see the problem with that but im not 100% i think you have to have one for each thing .. ie car, walk to school, park etc etc

You need one outings risk assessment for every type of outing...

So one for the park, one for toddlers, one for going out in the car etc. :D

OK will do but i'm still a bit confused, can I re-use them over and over again or do I need a new one every time I go out for a walk or shops ? Thanks :confused:

No, you just need one for each type of outing as a sort of check list, so your idea sounds great! :thumbsup:
