I WAS ASKED IF YOU HAVE TO INCLUDE YOUR OWN CHIDREN IN YOUR CHILD RACHIO CAN YOUR CLAIM CHID TAX CREDIT NEVER THOUGHT OF IT LIKE THAT GOT STUMPPED

Don't ever worry about the spelling... but please turn off the caps! :D
Not 100% sure what you mean but no, you can't claim for your own children in your ratios... that would be illegal.

No, sorry but you can't claim the child care element for your own children - but it would be good though wouldn't it!! Ummm, I look after my 2 children 24 hours a day 7 days a week at £3 an hour - loads a money!!!!
Pity we can't claim it.

As the others said - although they take up spaces you are unable to claim childcare element for them.
sorry about the caps my daughter put it on i never noticed
thanks for clearing that up i was asked the question and didnt know i can now go back and tell them it would be nice though :o
