10% Wear and Tear for tax

Hi all

With regards to the 10% allowance to cover wear and tear of furniture and household items, is this an allowable expense or disallowable expense on my tax form?

Tot up your total income for the first box...

Tot up your total expenses (including 10% wear and tear, bills etc) for 2nd box...

Box 1 - box 2 equals box 3... taxable income.

It shouldn't be any more complicated than that :D
