Hi, I am just wondering if this sounds right on how much roughly to put through?

Breakfast- 75p
Snacks- 50p
Drinks- 25p
Lunch- £2 (hot meal)
Tea- £1.50 (light meal)

20p extra on each for over 5's

So if L (3years) had snack, drink, tea and lunch for 2 days a week I would put £4.25 through a week for this child

And if D (5years) had Breakfast, snack, drink and tea 3 days a week I could put £3.80 a week

Does this sound OK????

You cant put down roughly what you spend you need to put through what you actually do spend on the mindee's food.
You also need receipts for food kept for your accounts even it is under £10 in case there is anything wrong with the food.
