Advice needed Please

Hi everyone,

Ive just started my NVQ and one of our pieces is special needs policy I realised i havnt done one.

Does anyone know were I should begin and what needs to go in it??? I had equal opps and i thought that covered it.

Bromley site have a special needs policy - http://www.bromleycma.org.uk/policies/policies_and_procedures.html - perhaps you can adjust that??
