I don't suppose any of you have a baby routine info sheet I could adapt to suit me have you?

I have a parent coming just after 9 to fill in a contract and I completely forgot to put one together  and really need one as the baby is still tiny and a prem.

Would be ever so grateful if anyone could help :)

Sorry can't help you with that. I just ask parents about the baby's routine and write it all down don't have a particular form for it.

No I don't use them either.

You could just make notes and then write something up later :)

You could adapt the record of children's individual needs form on the bromley website

I agree just write out what the parents say.

To be honest if he really is such a tiny preemie, mum will probably be that organised and obsessive she will have done one for you, I know what I was like when my son (23 weeker) was younger.

I ask the parents to do one for me, because they know the child's routine.
Mine is hand written by mum and I have stuck it in the babies daily diary. xx

I also get parents to do the childs routine i then put it in there folders.

as the children settle in i then do a daily routine around what we do and link it to the EYFS.

Your routine that you do will prob change a little when taking on a little one, i usually discuss our routine.
