New contract for name change?

Hiya

I wa sjust looking at some of my contracts, and they have my maiden name on, do I need to renew these as Im now married?

Also turns out one child whos mum put one surname dow is actually legally known by another, so do I do a new one for him too?

My initial thoughts are to change the name on the contract and initial it and get the parent to ok it, but would be interested to hear what everyone else thinks.

I would say new contracts or at least reviewed contracts, initialled by you and parents.
