Contracts

Who does there own contract and what do you put in it?
I currently use mm ones but they will be run out soon so am thinking of doing my own but dont know what to put in it or what sort of paper to use (mm ones you have 2 sheets so both get copy- i dont know what to do to get that iyswim)

I use what I have copied from other policies.

I photocopy it for parents once it's completed. :D

So could i just copy what is on the mm contract but make it my own?
I dont have a photocopieer so the parent would have to wait a few daysbefore getting there copy, is that fair to them?
