Do you have a bullying policy? My initial reaction is that as a parent I would assume there was a bullying problem which is why there is a policy.

We do in Wales because the CSSIW insists. Even the nurseries and Meithrins/playschools have to have them.

Best to set out how you would tackle bullying if it ever happened...
Don't forget to include how you would support a child who was being bullied.

I call mine an 'anti-bullying policy', cos I didn't like the thought that people might think the policy was in place for existing bullying.:D

I have a bullying policy, as it's 1 thing i absolutely cant stand. Due to having been bullied myself when i was younger physically aswell as mentally. I have included what i'd try to do if it was happening at school aswell as in my setting.
