Risk assesments.

i have just got round to doing my risk assesments for walk/drive to school Park, local wacky play house. Where do i put these risk assesments?

I have one everyday which is a tick list for house/ garden. (thanks to Sarah). This is kept with attendance and visitors log so easy to access.

just getting round to doing one for changing nappies but dont know where to start, can anyone throw some ideas of what to put. Mind gone blank now.

I keep all risk assessments in my parent folder (actually a ring binder) so they can look at it any time they want. Not that any of them do but it is there for them and I have told them it is sooo...

Because this binder sits on table in hallway, it is easily accessible for me to havea quick flick through before going on outings.
