Hi
Just another question if I may!

I have a reasonable sized house with a good sized garden but I also have a summer house at the top of the garden. I thought it would be nice if it could be used as a messy play room. Can anyone see a problem with it being apart from the house as long as it's secure and warm and the children have access to a toilet etc in the house? This would just be one place we could play and wouldn't be where they would spend all their time.
Again thanks :-)
Louise

I can't see anything wrong with this as long as it is safe and has been seen by inspector and lo's were not left alone in there.

Sounds a good idea - more space to play

Sounds lovely!

Just check when Ofsted do your pre-reg that they are happy with you using the space :D

Oh its sounds great to me - imagine all the fun they could have in there, they could use it for all sorts of things!

I agree, sounds lovely as Sarah says just point out to your pre-reg inspector, another thing to add to my list of things I want.....

What a great idea and all the mess separate from your house.

The only question I would pose is in the winter how safe is the pathway or grass?

Good luck with your application
