Hi ya,

I have a risk assessment for my house and garden, for outings to park, town, library and school runs.

And am at the moment writing a risk assessment for Changing nappies and I think I will be doing one soon for Pets!

I am sure it doesn't matter how you write it down at all. I have typed my up into a graph stating - Area, Risk , etc. (I am nooooo good at explaining things!!!!)

I hope I have helped, there will be more along soon to tell you more.;) ;)
