plasters/minor treatment

Hi

Can anyone help me to word a permission form for applying plasters (I tend not to use them) or dressings. Would you just clean with water and then dress if necessary? None of the mindees have allergies to normal plasters but do you still use hypoallergenic?

Permission to administer the First Aid that the Childminder is trained to do and to cover open wounds with hypoallergenic self adhesive dressings if required.
