Photos of other children

Hi All

I have come across a situation as i issue a cd rom of pictures of the children to each of the parents at the end of each term. A parent has requested to me that she hopes no pictures of her child are going out to other parents on these discs
Do you think i should do another photo permission form to check that this is ok?
I am in the middle of contract reviews and thought this could be an option?
If so anyone help with the words of it.

Definately do a permission form, no way should photos of children go to anyone apart fr mtheir parents:panic: I'd be surprised if you actually get permission to be honest

I have photo permission but i do not have it for group photos if you know what i mean
What she meant was with her child in a photo with another child. no way would i send a picture of her child on her own to other parents
I have revised one but the way people are now adays over photographs i suppose it is worth having a permission form.
Will see what my parents say at their contract review

I have written consent from parents to use the photos for promotional, and business purposes within the setting.
