Ofsted updated their complaints procedure in August 2008

Can we get this information in hard form or can we only get it by downloading and printing off. JUst thinking how much paper and ink it will use to give this to each parent:rolleyes:

Yes thanks for that, I only have one lot of parents so I've got a copy for them and kept a copy in my folder.

My word, a parent would have to be really angry to read all that!! I'm thinking like Sarah and will put it in complaints file with a bit in newsletter saying it's there! Maybe see if there's new info and updating my complaints policy with relevent bits.
