Contracts question

Just wondering. I have a parent visiting on weds, I am newly registered but have not received my pack with NCMA membership, insurance etc. So as yet i have no contracts. The little girl is 8 so wont effect my headcount but it is going to be different hours each week as sometimes she is with her dad and mum works shifts. How would I build this into a contract, any advice?

would the hours be the same each week tho? .. if so then hours will be same but i guess you have write soemwhere times for wk 1 and times for wk2

I had a similar situation years ago and did an appendix which I typed in everything that the parent required with the hours. I then signed and dated it and had both parents do the same.

In the other information box under the hours on the contract - refer to appendix ....
