Retainers

I just had a thought:idea:

If I had a child that only did term time and then paid me a retainer for school holidays to keep her place open after the holidays, could I take on a child in their place in the summer holidays if mum agrees that she will not be using the space during the holiday it is to just hold it open for term time???

If i read it right the retainer to used to hold open a space for the child which you would not be doing should you fill it in the hols. Parent must be able to take up the space if they want ( and would pay you in full for these hours). If you want to fill it with another child then just do a term time contract.

Basically you cant charge for the same place twice.

If you have a retainer, the place must be there to be used (obviously the balance of the fee would be required)

If another person comes along you must look and see if you have a space or not, otherwise do a term time contract
