childminding for a friend

i have a good friend who is soon going to do some agency nursing home work, she'll get a call one day and be expected to work the next day. shes asked me to have her child which is fine i've explained that as long as i dont have my quota of under 5s i'll have her. however what can i do about contracts, as i want to have one, and she'll be fine. how do i do that on a ncma contract which has specific days? can i just make a not in the box below? is that enough?

Why not use the extra information section underneath the hours and rates and specificy that it is on a casual basis as and when required.

i have lots of these and use ncma contracts. i just cross out the days bit and underneath i write 'minding as and when required dependent on availability'
