:eek: Hi Has anyone got a child record form they can email me a.s.a.p please.
I have a parent coming at 1.30pm today to sign contracts and I have just realised that I used my last child record form..
if you have a copy u cud send me I would be forever grateful,
please please im begging here :eek:

TY anyhow, my own fault really should have checked sooner, but no diaster, parent came as I was just about finished typing up one so explained it wasn't quite ready and the situation of 'running out' lol
We signed contracts anyhow and all relevant permission slips and she paid retainer baby is due to start sep, told her I will email her child record form which I have done now and she will have to bring it back at next settling in session. so all went well really all sorted panic over lol.
