Do you give parents policies?

Do you give/email parents a copy of your policies (safeguarding, complaints) when they start with you? x

I email them a copy of both of those policies along with my sickness and payments policy.

I also give them a list of the other policies I have (not many) and tell them they can ask to see any of them if they want to. No one ever has.

I give parents a copy or email ( depending upon their preference ) of all my policies. Then it's up to them to read them, and they can't say I haven't told them something.

I then email any revisions.

I email a couple of them over and the rest all sit in a file in the hallway, I don't think parents take much notice but they are there if they want to look. I don't actually have that many anymore.
