What a lovely sunny day it is today. It's still very windy, but I'm indoors so it's not bothering me!
I had a nice long lie in this morning, then a relaxing soak in the bath. I do enjoy my leisurely Fridays :D
This afternoon the boiler is being serviced so I need to stay in until they've been. Then I'm going to go for a wander round Sainsbury's - this lockdown life is all go  I'm really looking forward to being able to venture further afield on my day off.
Did anyone watch the programme last night about Dunblane? It was very sad. I remember the day so well. My eldest son was the same age as the children who died and I can remember seeing about it on the news and just wanting to go to school and get him. Afterwards there were lots of changes made to how people could get into the school - external door handles removed, school gates locked, only access to the school was through the office. I suppose to most parents now, that's how it's always been and they won't realised changes were made because of the tragedy.
That's the boiler engineer just pulling up outside, so I'll go and let him in.
I hope you all have some sunshine where you are. Enjoy the rest of your day
