What’s everyone got planned for the weekend?

I had got a couple of Christmas craft fairs pencilled in for this weekend, but of course they’re not happening now. It’s a shame. I do love wandering round and seeing all the lovely things for sale. DD and I often look at things and say “ooh, we could make that”...not that we ever do! I have a friend who sells jewellery at craft fairs and she says that’s the most annoying thing she hears, people saying they could make the things themselves! I make sure I never say it near her

This evening we’re doing a family quiz over zoom. We did them regularly during the first lockdown and have started them up again recently. It’s always good fun. Each household gets their own takeaway, so I think we’re having Chinese tonight. We haven’t had one for ages so I’m really looking forward to it.

Have fun whatever you’ve got planned

Mouse that sounds like a brilliant way to spend an evening. What do you get when you order Chinese? I usually go for a mixed veg curry and go half/half with DD who gets tofu curry. We have it with chips (sorry) and then the next day we have the leftovers with our own rice. DH gets different every time.

We have no plans yet. We were going to go for a new walk along the golf course seeing as there won't be any golfers right now, but we'll probably leave it for tomorrow.

DH is making a goulash today - but we'll eat it tomorrow.

Strictly will be interesting with Anton as a judge! Such a shame that Nicola and Katya have to drop out.

Have fun Mouse.

We're just slobbing around. Think we're having a takeaway too! I'd love Chinese but it's really only me and DS who like it! I like a chicken chow mein (dry) but usually have something different every time. We used to live near a fabulous Chinese that did a buffet, so I could have lots of different things. I miss it sooo much!

Ooo, love goulash.... it's much better when it's had a day or more to 'mature!

Can't wait to watch Strictly- i think Anton will be great as a judge. I'm sorry to see Katya and her partner go, but I didn't think they were as good as they had been last week. I wonder if they'll still have an elimination this week, as they might run out of dancers!

This morning we collected our 'takeaway afternoon tea' which we then enjoyed at home, originally we were going to enjoy it picnic style while walking the dog but the weather isn't so nice today. We have been for a walk on the local beach this afternoon but it got dark so early today it feels so much later than it is.

So it will be a quiet night in in font of the tv DH is currently catching up with F1 highlights then I will be watching strictly.

Tomorrow its my sister in laws birthday so we are going to drop her card and present on her door step which will be hard as we haven't been able to see them for a while.
