SEF

Hi

In Swindon are finished with our EYFS training but are yet to be given details on SEF.

Can someone enlighten me as to what we are supposed to be doing?

I think the SEF has caught a lot of authorities by surprise and they haven't got training lined up.

The best advice is to fill it in referring to your old Ofsted inspection report - if you don't have one, refer to others online!

The SEF is not compulsory but if you do not complete it in your own time, you will have to do it during your inspection ... and I for one don't fancy that :panic:
