Flipping heck.
You may remember - I got the call a couple of months ago. As we had moved house that very week and I didn't yet have any mindees she said that I should just let them know when I did get some mindees, and then they would come out and do an inspection. She gave me until May to get some mindees. I relaxed a little and thought that I would have some easily before May.
Anyway, I got the call again yesterday and she is coming out anyway. It will be another no children on roll inspection.
It will be my first in the new house. Although it is a great size and layout for childminding, I don't think it is 'safe' in all areas. Lots of little jobs need doing to it, inside and out, so I am stressing now. I'm going to take it room by room doing an informal risk assessment and then give DH a list of jobs.
