When or have you already broken up for the school holidays.

We dont finish till the 12th April so quite late really.

Looking forward to 2 weeks holiday hoping the weather is nice so we can get out and about.

Have you all got plans.

We break up for 2 weeks on the 12th. I hadn't realised how late it was until I looked at the calendar and realised we'd only be back for 4 weeks in May before we break up again for half term. The second half of next term is going to seem very long after that!

I'm not working for the first week, then just for 3 days of the second week. We won't be going away anywhere as DH will be working so my plan is to sort and empty a shed. I'll report back after the hols and let you know how I get on. My prediction is I won't do as well as I'm hoping

Locally they broke up last Friday, very weird. They have two weeks off then go back Mon- Thurs, then have a long Easter weekend.
Because I have friends still in education who are visiting I am ‘breaking up ‘from my volunteer work next week, just when the holidays finish round here and so am having a month off really.

Which I am quite enjoying.

We don't break up till the 12th either.
I'm working one week and we're away in our campervan the other week ... hoping for dry weather, if not sunny!

There have been a fair few children obviously on school holiday around this week ... one mum at Flamingoland complaining that only the zoo was open but it was school holidays. Staff member explaining that North Yorkshire wasn't on school holidays yet and being told it was ridiculous!:laughing:
