How to answer Ofsted s safeguarding questions?

Hello,
I've seen something somewhere about how to answer questions about safeguarding/child protection but can't find it anymore.
It was an article with things like
How do you answer questions like :
- what to do of u think a child is being radicalised ?
- what to do if you suspect GFM on a child?
- what to do of a child come with bruises ...
