New member to register as a childminder

Hi

am new to this forum and need more support from all childminders..

i have done CM course and got First Aid and DBS certificate... and now i have to apply to register with the ofsted.

from last one month am not able to complete the online application pack to ofsted.

do i get any help to complete or i have to only apply to ofsted?

When you have everything in place you need to register through the government gateway - you will need to set up an account.

The form you use links your dbs - medical declaration - family members and all other parts of your application - together and tells Ofsted they need to come out and register you.

thanx for ur info.. have set the gateway account and looking forword to complete it.

how long do they take to reply if i submit by end of july. i wont be der in summer holidays as i am way for 6 weeks. just worried inthat time .

if you have any info plese share it.
