Pinterest help

Hello!

I know several people here use pinterest, and I seem to have lost some boards! ... I've looked at the 'help' pages, but they don't! and I can't find the right 'question' to put in the box to email !

basically ... if I am wanting to save a pin, and click on save ... then ALL my boards show up. If I click on my profile, and look at all my pins ... then I can see everything and therefore, access all my boards. BUT I look at 'my boards' it only shows 25 of them, although i've got about 40 ! ( if I want to save something, then they all show up! )

any ideas?

I've tried to look to see if I can change settings but I can't ...

I have all mine saved in my favourites so I can go into them individually ... would that help? :D

Sarah ... that's an idea, but I thought the whole idea of pinterest was that you could save everything in one place!

it was on the laptop. my tablet is playing up, so haven't looked at it on there. I don't have it on my phone. x

When I turn the laptop on I will check mine I tend to use the app on the phone and boards can be hard to find

sometimes just refreshing it will bring your boards up that appear to have disappeared, especially if you have just created them......click on you and all your boards will come up ......are they still not there?....

All my boards are still there - well at least i think they are :laughing::laughing::laughing:

you havent unintentionally marked them as secret?

actually ive just answered my own question by clicking on you and i can see 39 boards so theyre not secret.

LOL! solved the problem !!

it is because I was using internet explorer! ... on chrome all my boards are there!!!
