Application forms to Ofsted

Hi everyone, please I'm confused as to which form to fill to register as a chilminder looking to care for ages 0-11 years. The EYC and CR1 or just EYC form on the Ofsted portal? TIA:(

Hi! Welcome to the forum!

Once you have completed DBS checks for all over 16s living or working on the premises you need to fill in the EY2 form on the Government gateway.

Jumping on this thread if I may...

I'm just about to press the button as it were to send my application to register to ofsted but before I do I was wondering whether a checklist existed of all the things I should have ready before their visit (aside from being 'house ready'). I'm thinking more along the lines of paperwork and/or displays?
